This certificate is an Entertainment Industries qualification.
The focus is on gaining practical Theatre Industry skills, knowledge and real-life experience in areas such as events management, lighting and audio, constructing props and set pieces and assisting in a public event. Completing the Certificate II is a pathway to a career or a life interest and connects you to further studies at CJSC in Cert lll Live Production and Services, courses at TAFE, University, WAAPA or NIDA.
You will gain practical experience in staging events and insight into the local arts industry whilst developing industry networks. Developing your skills with this Certificate can assist you with creating a number of career paths while working as part of a team and being creative.
Certificate Cost: $270 p.a.
NB Fees must be paid before students will be permitted to attend excursions.
