A Nationally accredited course that can be completed over one or two years to provide an opportunity to develop further skills in knowledge and training that open up pathways into the Hospitality and Tourism Industry.

You will be on campus for three days per week. The focus of the course is to provide training in the areas of food and food service. Seasonal produce from CJ Community Garden and key community events including the Health Festival and local events are incorporated into the course work. You will have the opportunity to work in teams and develop networks with industry professionals.
