STEP 1

Explore the extensive range of courses and programs on offer to you at CJSC.

What areas are of interest to you?

  • Make some notes so we can discuss with you.
  • What’s your goal? Why are you choosing to study?
  • Remember if you are wanting to go to University you will need to choose ATAR courses. Click here for information on Types of Pathways.

STEP 2

Make an appointment for your enrolment interview.

One of our team will work with you to find your best pathway. How to book?

2020 Enrolment week will be 2 December 2019. We will also have enrolments in early January 2020.

Please note: We do accept Year 11 mid-year enrolments. Please contact us for more information on enrolments outside of the above time frames.

STEP 3

Complete the Enrolment Form and Pathway Planner

We have created a comprehensive enrolment booklet for you, please print and complete the Enrolment Booklet along with the Pathway Planner and bring them along to your interview.

STEP 4

Documentation you must supply for your interview

To ensure your enrolment process is as easy as possible you must provide the following documents when attending your interview:

  • Your academic history (e.g. school reports etc)
  • Any Training Certificates of other qualification documentation
  • Full immunization history
  • Medicare or Health Care Card
  • Birth Certificate / Passport / Original Visa, Travel Documentation and/or Immicard
  • A completed Form 1 Student Health Care Summary
 
 

STEP 5

Attend your interview

If for any reason you are unable to attend your booked appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange another suitable time.

 

 

 

 

If you are 18 years of age or over, to study on Campus you must complete the Department of Education Online Police Clearance at a cost to you of $46.00.  NO OTHER POLICE CLEARANCE WILL BE ACCEPTED. You will be able to access this onsite when you attend your interview or it can be started prior to your interview by going to this link det.wa.edu.au/ecrc/home Please Note: This is the only fee that will need to be paid on enrolment.

To complete the Department of Education Online Police Clearance you will need to bring four items of identification to your interview. Please review the ID Photo Verification 2018 ACIC document to ensure you have all relevant identification documents.

If your are studying any iLearn subjects at CJSC, please review the iLearn Flexible Learning Agreement 2019. You will also need to complete iLearn Flexible Learning Supervisor Nomination Form 2019 at bring along with you to your interview.

When you attend your appointment, it is vital that you complete and bring all of the documents outlined in the interview checklist:
